HOP Intro Course
A five-session live course in the HOP practice — the nine beats, the belief-changing method behind them, and how to work with your two AI coaches between sessions.
An online course in English — five live sessions in a small group. You learn the nine-beat HOP practice, the belief-changing method behind it, and how to work with your two AI coaches between sessions, so the practice keeps working long after the course ends.
This is the introductory course. Later courses build on it.
What you actually learn
Not a set of ideas to agree with — a practice you can run on your own, on any day, in about fifteen minutes.
- The nine beats. Three doors — Heart, Open, Power — each opening three times: Awareness, Appreciation, Allowing. You learn the sequence, the belief each beat rests on, and the teaching lines that carry it.
- How to work at the level of definition. Most of what we call “the way I am” is a definition accepted once and never re-examined. You learn to see the definition, test it against your own experience, and choose one that serves.
- How to read the body. A free deep breath, sweetness in the mouth, a smile that arrives on its own — or the drag and heaviness of a definition that no longer serves. The body is read, never forced.
- How to work with your coaches. Dori, the desire coach, starts from what you want; Bella, your Belief Coach, works on what stands in the way. Both hold the method, its pacing and its guardrails — you leave knowing how to use them rather than lean on them.
How the five sessions run
Each session builds on the one before, and each one ends with something to practise before the next.
- The practice, whole. You walk the nine beats for the first time, before understanding any of them — so you know what the course is pointing at.
- Seeing your definitions. Where your current beliefs came from, why they were reasonable once, and how to notice the ones you no longer choose.
- Choosing a new one. The belief-change itself: named in your own words, mapped, tested, and — with your permission — replaced.
- Locking it in. The practice as maintenance: how a chosen belief holds under a hard day, and what to do when it doesn't.
- Your own path. Working unaccompanied: your practice, your coaches, and what documented change looks like if you ever want to teach it.
Sessions are live and small on purpose — the room is there to ask, test and be heard, not to sit through slides.
Who it's for
People who have read the method and want to feel it working, and people who have been circling the same definition for years and have not found the level at which it changes.
You need no belief system, no prior experience with hypnotherapy or meditation, and no vocabulary for any of this. A want is enough to begin. If you can find fifteen minutes a day for five weeks, you have what the course asks.
It is self-exploration, not therapy or medical treatment. If you are in crisis or under psychiatric care, this is not the right room, and we will say so honestly rather than take your gift.
When it runs
We start at the end of November. The exact hours settle around the group that gathers — register now and help shape the schedule.
Gift pricing
No entry fee — gift what feels right to you. No one is turned away for money.
And 10% of every gift returns to you as credits for the AI-assisted learning platform, so your companions keep working with you between sessions.
A gift can be made at any moment of the course — before it begins, halfway through, or long after your last session. It is not a fee for lessons. It keeps the teachers in the room, keeps a place open for a student who could not otherwise take it, and reaches further still — to people you will never meet.
How to join
Write to adrian@heartsopenpower.com with four things:
- your name
- your email
- what you would love to accomplish
- which days and times suit you
You will get a real reply from a teacher, not an automated confirmation. Nothing is booked by writing — it is a conversation first.
Read before you decide
- What is HOP — the full method: all nine beats, the resistance each one moves, and the teaching lines behind them.
- Meet the teachers — who teaches the course, and how the path from practitioner to teacher works.
- The teacher path — what documented change looks like, if teaching is where you are headed.
