What is HOP

The full method: Heart, Open, Power — each step carried by awareness, appreciation and allowing, with the exact teaching lines each beat is built on.

Three doors. Nine beats. One mechanism.

These are the steps I built, and this is the whole method. Nothing hidden in them, nothing you need before you begin.

I didn't design them at a desk. They came out of a non-violent-communication course, sitting in a room with a teacher who opened our hearts so plainly that something in me said, this is power. What I saw was very simple and very large: we are here together, for each other, so there is no reason to fight. Not an idea I agreed with — a recognition.

The purpose of the steps is to raise vibration. When vibration rises, the mind clears, the body settles, and the way forward becomes obvious. Beliefs surface on their own from high ground; from low ground they are invisible. So the steps are not the change itself. They are the way in.

Why you can't see any of it from down there

Nine things that stay hidden while the vibration is low — and become obvious the moment it lifts.

None of this is invisible from a low state because you're slow, or because you haven't tried hard enough. Hiding it is the negative belief's job:

"Even though it cannot actually close that doorway, it will disguise the doorway with an illusion of unchangeability so that you will not see the doorway... because you cannot perceive what you are not the vibration of." (Changing Negative Beliefs)

So these nine are not secrets someone kept from you. They are secrets your own state kept.

On the alarm — the alarm is theatre, but from low it impersonates the most important data in the room · the first alarm is the body, not a thought · contrast is the gift, while low reads it as the verdict.

On the belief — the door was never closed, only draped · the belief is up, not buried, so digging can never reach it · nothing rolls on by inertia; it only looks unavoidable.

On you — your own value register goes offline first · from low you're inside the feeling, not aware of having it · peace is the precondition, not the prize.

Not one of them opens by trying harder from where you are. Every one opens with the same single move — the lift. Which is why this is a practice and not a philosophy: you don't think your way up. You go up, and then you see.

The shape

Heart → Open → Power. Each one carries the same three beats: awareness → appreciation → allowing.

1 · Heart — the gift

Awareness. There is always a gift in the contrast. What you don't want is a photograph, at full resolution, of what you do want.

"Where there is contrast, there is always a door out. There is always another possibility. Behind the contrast there is always a priceless gift waiting — the very thing the contrast is made of." (vibration strategies · the door out of contrast)

"There's a willingness to expose yourself to a greater degree of contrast because out of the contrast is born the new." (about grounding)

Appreciation. Feel thankful in advance for the fresh possibility on its way — a few seconds of genuine appreciation lifts the whole field. (vibration strategies · appreciation)

Allowing. Want with no limits — dream as far as your mind can go. Then let the desire go and keep the feeling. The feeling is the point; the wanting is the tension.

"Imagine the perfect outcome in detail — and keep the FEELING of it while letting go of the desire for it." (vibration strategies · vision held, desire released)

Strong desire launched but not allowed — "that's a war inside." (about grounding)

2 · Open — the resistance

Awareness. You cannot open by trying to be open. First see what is resisting — the belief standing between you and your natural well-being. Go up to your thoughts; listen without correcting them. The state rises first, because you cannot perceive what you are not the vibration of.

"It is the person's idea or belief system that is the problem. The symptoms are simply the experience of what it feels like to live under these ideas." (On Auditioning)

Appreciation. Thank the resistance. It was only ever protecting you — and it has just shown you exactly what you value. Then choose the opposite definition, deliberately, out loud if you can.

"That resistance just showed you exactly what you value. Can you thank it for the clarity, and let it stand down?" (vibration strategies · gratitude for the resistance)

Allowing. Allow yourself to be exactly as you are — while holding what is valuable to you in mind. Both are allowed to be true at once. The value you hold may be a belief you just discovered, or the feeling you kept from the Heart step.

"At first there will be cognitive dissonance between what is and the value. Stay with it gently: both are allowed to be true. When the dissonance dissolves, the step heals — literally. This is where healing happens, not at the forcing of change." (vibration strategies · allowing — the healing step)

"Allow yourself to be as you are. Allow the world to be as it is." (the 15-minute window)

3 · Power — the peace

Awareness. Peace is power. Once the fight has stopped, peace appears — and the beat here is only to notice it: I am in peace, and power flows through me right now. Sensitivity is the new state of being. The more sensitive you are, the more power can be given, because power can only be handed to someone who can feel it. It is like driving a Ferrari — unless your foot is extremely sensitive on the accelerator, the car hurts you. Sensitivity is not fragility; it is what makes more power safe to receive.

"After allowing, peace appears. This is the power step: the person is ready, the ground is high enough. Take the free deep breath." (vibration strategies · peace — the power step)

"When we ungrip to let ourselves go up and open out, we allow an expansion to come in... more freedom of movement and more sensitivity... This increased sensitivity makes it easier to notice our changing supportedness and to respond accordingly." (Thinking About Thinking About Ourselves)

Appreciation. Appreciate that you are guided — always, unconditionally. Your guide cannot go below love; it has no other register.

"Your inner guide would need to also scream at you. And this is not something your inner guide is going to do, because it can't. It can't go below unconditional love." (giving birth · the soft voice that never shouts)

"You're always being given guidance. You're always being given love... You don't have to ask for it. It's already there." (reveal unconditional love)

Allowing. Allow yourself to be inspired — and to act on inspired action. These impulses arrive from inside an open heart, with no insistence on the outcome. Timing is everything: the guide tells you what to do and when.

"Act on your excitement as fully as you can... and have no insistence and no assumption whatsoever about what the outcome of acting on that passion should look like." (follow your excitement)

"You do not have to make the mechanism work; you have to stop interrupting it." (changing beliefs field guide · focus and surrender)

Example 1 — the flight

First flight, alone, three and a half hours, my watch buzzing with a heart rate I couldn't reason down. Twenty minutes before the flight home it started again — so instead of pushing it away I asked what I could do in twenty minutes, and walked the steps.

Heart: found the gift (the agitation was showing me exactly what I valued), appreciated it, let myself want with no limits, kept the feeling.
Open: sat with my thoughts and heard the belief — I don't trust the pilots, I don't trust the airline. Thanked it, then chose trust. Allowed myself to be as I was, holding trust as the value. The breath came free and deep on its own.
Power: noticed I was in peace. Appreciated the guidance. Allowed inspired action.

Anxiety never returned. Many years, many flights.

Example 2 — the poker tournaments

Two tournaments back to back — one of a thousand players, one of two thousand — with one day of experience behind me. I won both. Not by trying to win: there was zero doubt that I was already the winner, and the knowing was complete. Then it was pure inspired action — my guide telling me exactly what to do and when. Timing, in a hundred small details. It took me years to understand that inspired action is not a strategy for getting what you want; it is what is available when you are not fighting.

To add

More examples — mine and my clients'. Each one: what the contrast was, what the belief turned out to be, which beat it moved at, and what changed afterwards.
