The short version

This is a practice of self-exploration taught live in a small group. It is not therapy or medical care, and nobody can promise you an outcome. There is no entry fee — you gift what feels right to you. Read on for the detail.

The course

The HOP Intro Course is five live sessions in a small group, each building on the one before, with practice between sessions and two AI coaches available around the clock while you are enrolled. Dates, hours, session count and languages are set out on the course page.

What it asks of you: roughly fifteen minutes a day of your own practice, and the willingness to look honestly at what you believe.

What it is not

HOP is not psychotherapy, hypnotherapy as a medical treatment, diagnosis, or medical care of any kind. The teachers teach from lived experience and training, not as clinicians treating a condition. Nothing here replaces the advice of a doctor or a therapist you are working with, and nothing here is an emergency service. If you are in danger, contact your local emergency number.

We do not promise results. The practice is yours; what changes is up to you.

Gift pricing

There is no entry fee — gift what feels right to you. No one is turned away for money.

A gift is voluntary and can be given at any moment, including after the course. Ten per cent of every gift comes back to you as credits on the learning platform. Because a gift is a gift, it is not refundable — except where the law requires otherwise, or where the points below apply.

If we cancel or move a course and you cannot attend the new dates, what you have gifted comes back to you in full.

Places, moving and cancelling

A place in a group is small and specific, so tell us as early as you can if you cannot attend a session. Where a session has to be rescheduled we will offer an alternative date or a recording where one exists.

Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have as a consumer under the law where you live.

The AI coaches

The coaches are software. They are a learning aid — a way to keep the practice alive between sessions — and they can be wrong. Do not rely on them for medical, psychological, legal or financial decisions, and do not use them in an emergency.

Your own words stay yours. Do not use the coaches to work on someone else's life without their knowledge, and do not put other people's private information into them.

Confidentiality in the room

What is shared in a live session stays in the session. Share your own experience freely; do not repeat what others share, and do not record a session without the agreement of everyone in it. We do not record sessions by default.

Treat the room with care. Any behaviour that makes it unsafe for others — harassment, aggression, contempt — can end someone's participation, and we would rather not charge for a place we took away.

Whose work is whose

The course materials, the method texts, the session structure and the coaches' prompts belong to HeartsOpenPower. You may use them for your own practice for as long as you like; you may not republish or teach them, or sell them, without written agreement.

What you write — your notes, your reflections, what the coaches hold for you — belongs to you. If you share it with us publicly, we may quote it; otherwise we keep it for you alone, as described in the privacy page.

Liability

We take teaching seriously and we run it with care. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the practice or from use of the coaches. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes

We may update these terms as the course develops. The date at the top shows the last change. Material changes are announced on this page and, for anyone enrolled at the time, by email. The terms you agreed to when you joined are the ones that applied to you.
