About HeartsOpenPower
A school of one practice — HOP — and a small circle of teachers who teach it in the open, in their own languages.
HeartsOpenPower exists for one thing: to teach people how to accomplish what they desire.
Not through hype, and not through a belief system you have to adopt first. Through a practice — HOP — that you can learn in a five-session course and then keep for the rest of your life.
The practice
HOP is a simple, repeatable sequence: you lift your state of being, you see the definitions you've been living by, and you choose new ones. What follows — how you feel, think, act, and what life brings — regenerates from that choice.
It works on three doors — Heart, Open, Power — and each door opens three times: Awareness, Appreciation, Allowing. Nine beats, about fifteen minutes. You'll find the whole method laid out in the steps.
Alongside it sit two AI coaches built for this work: Dori, the desire coach, and Bella, your Belief Coach, who works with what stands in the way. They hold the practice between sessions, so it doesn't depend on remembering to do it alone.
Who founded it
Adrian Hop — spiritual healer and hypnotherapist, creator of the HOP practice — has taught for more than ten years, in English and Romanian. His way of working, and the practice itself, are not the same thing: the practice is what he wrote down, so other people could teach it too.
Who teaches
A small circle, and it stays small on purpose. Teachers here are not appointed and their place is not bought — it is earned by documented, lived change, on a path anyone can read: the teacher path.
Each teacher has a profile written with them, and an article trail in the journal. They teach in their own languages, and in their own way, within the same practice.
What this is not
HOP is a practice of self-exploration. It is not therapy or medical treatment, and no one here makes medical, psychological or income claims for it. If you are living with something that needs clinical care, that care comes first — and the practice fits around it, not instead of it.
Writing to us
One address, and a person reading it: adrian@heartsopenpower.com. If you want to join the course, that is where you write.
