The teacher path
How a course participant becomes an apprentice teacher, and an apprentice becomes a teacher — earned in the open, by documented lived change.
HOP is growing as a community of practitioners — and from practitioners, teachers. The path is transparent: you don't become a teacher by opinion or payment; you become one by documented, lived change.
Three steps, the same for everyone. Nothing here is bought, and nothing here is sold.
1 · Course participant → Apprentice Teacher
Change and document at least 5 of your own beliefs.
Write at least 3 articles.
Guide 3 other people to uncover and change at least 5 beliefs in total.
2 · Apprentice Teacher → Teacher
Practice the principles for at least one year, with positive changes visible in your life and a genuine desire to teach.
3 · All teachers and apprentices
A monthly update meeting, ongoing. Not a report to hand in — a place to keep each other honest, and to keep learning out loud.
What the titles don't mean
A teacher here is not a therapist, a clinician, or a guarantor of outcomes. HOP is a practice of self-exploration; it is not therapy or medical care, and it doesn't pretend to be.
The titles mean one thing only: this person walked the path, and documented it where anyone can read it.
Where the community stands today
A founder, teachers and apprentice teachers — and a growing circle of students. Each one has a profile written with them, telling their path, their training and the languages they teach in.
If you want to see what earning a place here actually looks like in a person, read the profiles. Their articles live in the journal.
