Adrian Hop

Adrian Hop is the founder of HeartsOpenPower, and the person whose practice the school's motto came from: the greatest power requires the lightest touch.

His work

Adrian works as a hypnotherapist and a spiritual healer — two strands that, in his teaching, are not separate methods so much as two doors into the same room. Hypnotherapy gives the work a structure: the relaxed, receptive state in which entrenched patterns lose their grip and something new can be considered. Spiritual healing gives it its temperament: attention offered rather than applied, presence instead of pressure.

Teaching

Adrian has been teaching for more than ten years. That decade is not a badge so much as a body of accumulated observation — of what actually shifts in a person, and of how much of it happens when nothing appears to be happening at all.

He teaches and works in English and Romanian.
